Rather than purchasing a new OE Long Block or even a new engine we can now offer a very attractive alternative to extend the life of your D4 and D6 marine engine.
Our Rebuild kits for D4/ D6 marine engine model are an aftermarket product with 0.5mm oversize pistons. This means that your existing block can be machined to suit oversize pistons and re-assembled to bring it back to “as-new standard”. Our Rebuild Kit includes all main and big end bearing for crankshaft and a complete gasket kit.
Other items, such as turbochargers, oil pumps and cylinder head rebuild kits are also available.
